LIABILITY
Client is responsible for supervising children while using the unit. There should be no more than 8 children in a small bouncer at one time , or 10 children in a large one. There should absouletly no adults jumping or playing inside the units. Client shall be liable for any personal injuries or damages incurred while using the unit.

PLACEMENT OF UNIT
Unit shall remain where originally installed by Jumping Jax Inc. Client should not attempt to move unit to a different location.

SHARP OBJECTS
Children shall remove shoes upon entering the bounce house, no sharp objects, toys or sticks shall be carried while using the unit. Flips are not allowed in the unit.

EQUIPMENT SAFETY
All children shall be kept away from equipment that inflates the unit. In case a blower is accidentally turned off, all children shall be remove from the unit. Children shall not use the unit until it is fully inflated.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Client is responsible for returing the unit in same conditions as received. In the event that the unit is damaged the client shall pay Jumping Jax full fair market value of the Unit.

PAYMENTS
we require 25% deposit for reserving a unit. Total amount is due upon delivery in cash. We accept checks or credit card payments, which should be processed prior to delivery.
